waste as infrastructure: micro nuclear grids

This project proposes the repurposing of nuclear waste to activate sites in East Texas by way of access to electricity, heat, and cooling. With a piece of Uranium the size of an M&M candy, Tyler, Texas can have a new activated public performance and gathering space.
